PHOTOGRAPHY STILLS
APARTMENTS Start at €150.00
Apartment Photoshoots are based on a starting price of €150.00 which applies to any apartment size up to a typical 2-bedroom apartment, with a Kitchen, Living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and usual exterior shots (parking, pool, gardens etc.)
Any apartment or studio with less than 2-bedrooms will be charged at this rate.
Included in the price:
- Approx. 15-20+ Shots of the property (interior and exterior).
- Private online Photo Gallery (with a password if required) where images can be downloaded from.
- Images in High & Low-res jpeg (Can be another format, please specify if need be)
- Company watermarks embeddable (optional)
- The average duration for shoot 1 hour.

- Any appealing views
- Gardens / swimming pools / facilities
- Unique details that make the property special
- Lounges / Living rooms / Dining Rooms
- Kitchens
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Local surroundings
Larger Apartments
For apartments with 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and so on, please add €45.00 per bedroom room.
VILLAS & TOWNHOUSES Start at €180.00
Villa Photoshoots are based on a starting price of €180.00 which applies to any Villa or Town House that has up to 3-bedrooms and typical living divisions, a Kitchen, Living room, 3 bedrooms, 1- or 2-bathrooms, garage, pool, garden etc.
Any property (villa / Townhouse) with less than 3-bedrooms will be charged at this rate.
Included in the price:
- Approx. 20-30+ Shots of the property (inside and out).
- Private online Photo Gallery (with a password if required) where images can be downloaded from.
- Images in High & Low jpeg (Can be other formats, please specify if need be)
- Company watermarks embeddable
- The average duration for shoot 1-2 Hours
Areas to be shot (where applicable): Same applies as per Apartments
Larger Properties
For Villas or Townhouses with 4-bedrooms, 5-bedrooms and so on, please add €45.00 per bedroom room;
AERIAL STILLS (Drone) Price: €65.00
Aerial Photos: (normally about 5 images included for different angles)
VIDEOGRAPHY (AERIAL & HANDHELD)
VIDEO WALKTHROUGHS PRICE: €250.00
Video walkthroughs are an excellent way to give prospect guests or buyers an insight into a specific property. As each property is different, the final length of the video will vary due to property size. The Walkthrough video does not include aerial footage.
Included in the price:
- a 60-second highlight video compatible for Social Media platforms
- A full-length showcase video of max 3 minutes
- Video file format (.mp4) 1080p
- Downloadable from password protected online gallery or an embeddable link to the stream.
- Company watermarks
- Unique hand-picked licensed audio track
- The average duration for footage capture 1-2 Hours
Teaser Clips are also available but not included in the package.
AERIAL VIDEO (Drone) PRICE: €150.00
Aerial Video:
Aerial Highlight: (Aerial video with up to 60-seconds max duration).
VIDEO PACK PRICE: €350.00
The video package is a special rate that combines just the Video Walkthrough with the Aerial Video options footage to produce the following:
- a 60-second highlight video compatible for Social Media platforms
- A full-length showcase video of max 3 minutes
- Video file format (.mp4) 1080p
- Downloadable from password protected online gallery or an embeddable link to the stream.
- Watermarks (if required)
- Unique hand-picked licensed audio track
- The average duration for footage capture 1-2 Hour
Teaser Clips are also available but not included in the package.

The Full Pack is a simple flat-rate that combines the everything a property (of any size) will need. It includes the following:
- 20 to 30+ Digital photos of the property (Interior, Exterior, & Aerial)

- A full-length showcase video of max 3 minutes
- Video file format (.mp4) 1080p
- Downloadable from password protected online gallery or an embeddable link to the stream.
- Watermarks (if required)
- The average duration for full package min.3 Hours
- Unique hand-picked licensed audio track
